Storytelling & Facilitation

Why

Why I do this work

There are too many words in the world. Too many overlong posts, and too much noise passed off as insight. I believe great leaders speak when they have something worth saying—and that when they do, it should land with clarity, presence, and purpose. I work with people who take that responsibility seriously: leaders determined to share truly matters, and to share it well. It’s a thrill to see someone take flight—not with a story I’ve created for them, but with one we’ve discovered together that could only be theirs.

The same goes for the rooms I design and host. Poorly shaped convenings and experiences, stuff with underbaked panels, don’t just waste time. They can make things worse. They can confuse, exclude, and deplete. But a well-held moment, one that engages mind and sets the heart ablaze, can align teams, shift culture, and propel ideas into motion.

It’s serious work that’s seriously fun.
